    • I came across an ad for this RFP with two due dates listed: Feb. 18 and Feb. 19. Could you please confirm which day proposals are due?
  • Answer:
    • All proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM February 18th.  Please see RFP #WSD-01-30-2026 for proposal submission requirements.

 

 

  • Question:
    • I’m also looking for an engineer’s estimate or cost range for this project, if that information is available.
  • Answer:
    • There is no engineers estimate or cost range available.

 

 

  • Question:
    • If there is a planholder’s list that accompanies this project, may I please get a copy of that as well?
  • Answer:
    • There is no planholder's list accompanying this project.

  • Question:
    • Can you please confirm in writing whether the District will be providing electrical power, trenching, conduit, pole foundations, and any surface restoration, or if these items are expected to be included in the vendor proposal?
  • Answer:
    • All power and pathway scope requirements, including providing electrical power, trenching, conduit, pole foundations, and any surface restoration are the responsibility of the vendor and is expected to be included with the vendor proposal.

 

 

  • Question:
    • Parking lot camera infrastructure, please confirm responsibility for underground pathways and any civil work required to support pole mounted cameras and wireless bridges.
  • Answer:
    • All parking lot camera infrastructure, including underground pathways and any civil work required to support pole mounted cameras and wireless bridges are the responsibility of the vendor and is expected to be included with the vendor proposal.

 

 

  • Question:
    • Please confirm whether Satus should still be included in the proposal response.
  • Answer:
    • We will update the RFP should any changes be required to the Satus Elementary portion of the proposal.

 

 

  • Question:
    • The RFP states the IP intercom camera will be installed on an existing access control door. During the site walk, the intercom was shown on the High School NE Door, which is not currently tied into access control. Please confirm whether this door will be converted to access control by the District, or if vendors are expected to include access control hardware and integration for this location.
  • Answer:
    • The High School video intercom NE Door location has been confirmed as the Main bus loop door, with existing access control hardware, keypad and integration.   The RFP request is for a camera and call button (2N or similar) for intercom and video phone use.  Vendors are not expected to include access control hardware and integration for this location.
